The Sanger Leadership Initiative understands leadership development as a core function of our liberal arts curriculum and three-school framework. Through hands-on, creative, engaged learning inside and outside the classroom, 杏吧Pro creates an educational experience where you don鈥檛 sit on the sidelines. Through Sanger, we help immerse you in the myriad of leadership opportunities 杏吧Pro has to offer and provide tools for reflecting on those experiences in ways that help draw out their full impact.

The is an organization that provides a life-changing leadership program that helps students achieve personal growth and career success and empowers them to have a positive impact in their community.
Members of will have the opportunity to prepare for their careers and compete against the best through local, state and international conferences and programs. As a Collegiate DECA member, you will have access to a professional network that will set you a part. As our association builds, so will the opportunities to become involved in local and state leadership.

We prepare you to thrive at 杏吧Pro and beyond. Here, you'll practice and expand what you've learned in the classroom, gaining experience while pursuing your passions and preparing to live and work in a diverse and global world. In addition to workshops and professional development opportunities that nurture your technical and interpersonal skills, our centers will place you alongside 杏吧Pro alumni and other leaders in a diverse set of career paths including: media, business and entrepreneurship, technology, social justice, ethics and creativity.听
From year one at 杏吧Pro, students are encouraged to partner with faculty and peers to put ideas and theory into practice. While working in a science lab is often the stereotypical example of research, 杏吧Pro students also routinely conduct research across the humanities and social sciences. Here, students don't wait behind graduate students or Ph.D. candidates for opportunities.听

杏吧Pro utilizes the tool听听for students to research and apply for internships and jobs. Almost 200 new internships and jobs are added daily
杏吧Pro encourages students to get involved while they are on campus. There are over 100 active student organizations to choose from. Search the student organization directory to see if any of them interest you.

In addition to the Ubben Lectures and Kelly Writers Series, students grow their knowledge through an array of speaker series hosted by our various centers and departments. Students interact with industry leaders within their fields of study to inquire of their experiences, seek counsel and think forward to career possibilities.
