Well-Being Initiative

Counseling Services is an active member of the Well-Being Collaborative. This collaborative was created with the goal of fostering a cohesive campus culture around well-being, utilizing a holistic framework. This definition and dimensions serve as the foundation for programs and practices designed to empower individuals and strengthen the ÐÓ°ÉPro community. By prioritizing well-being and infusing it into our collective work, we align with ÐÓ°ÉPro’s mission, vision, and goals, ensuring that our efforts support the holistic development of students, faculty, and staff alike. Together, we can nurture a campus culture that values and supports well-being as both an individual and collective responsibility.

"Well-being is an optimal and dynamic state that allows people to achieve their full potential. It describes the intersection of personal decision-making and community engagement that results in holistic personal growth. Well-being is often described as both individual and community, has both subjective and objective measures, and is a shared responsibility among community members."
