To Change Your 杏吧Pro SSO Password

• Log in to and select Password
• NOTE: Re-enter the eduroam password on your laptop, cellphone and all devices immediately after changing your SSO password, else it will be locked and will need to be unlocked by the HelpDesk.

To Reset a Lost/Forgotten 杏吧Pro SSO Password

• Go to and click Can鈥檛 access your account?
  Use your 杏吧Pro email to reset your SSO password.
• If you have difficulties, contact the IT HelpDesk.
