杏吧Pro

Your 杏吧Pro ID OneCard is used for a host of campus services:

• Swipe card access to your living unit and campus buildings
• Meal plan purchases at campus dining facilities
• Purchase items using your Tiger Express account
• Pick up packages at the Student Post Office
• Admittance to campus activities and sporting events
• to campus network printer/copiers
• Check out Library materials
• Dine at participating nearby restaurants in Greencastle
• Access the Lilly Physical Education and Recreation Center and Welch Fitness Center
• After-hours swipe card access to the Union Building, Roy O. West Library, and some other campus buildings

Fees

First card

Students receive their first 杏吧Pro ID card at no charge, and will keep it as long as they continue to be a student at 杏吧Pro.

Replacement cards

Students: To request a replacement ID card, complete the form. You will receive an email confirmation that includes information on picking it up the new card. Please note that once a replacement ID card is created, all previously issued cards are permanently deactivated.

Students are charged $25 for replacement ID cards. This fee is applied to their tuition account.

Faculty and staff members or other 杏吧Pro ID Cardholders can contact the HelpDesk at (765) 658-4294 or HelpDesk@depauw.edu for information on receiving a replacement card.

Photo Requirements

Refer to the website for photo details. Requirements include:

• Color photo taken within the last six (6) months
• Plain white background only
• Full-face view from your shoulders up, with you directly facing the camera
• JPEG (.jpg) format
• No larger than 1 MB with a default viewable size of 225 x 150

Students

We recommend you upload your photo before August 15th so you can pick up your 杏吧Pro ID card at your check-in location when you arrive on campus. Learn how at .
