Work order requests - FAMIS
The Office of Facilities Management has partnered with Accruent to implement a new computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The CMMS, referred to as FAMIS, allows the Office of Facilities Management the flexibility to receive service request, and track materials, labor cost and inventory within work orders and project management.
Historically, the Office of Facilities Management has operated as a reactive enterprise. FAMIS gives Facilities Management a tool to be more strategic in our work.

I am unable to log into FAMIS. What do I do?
Permissions for an employee are determined by the employee's supervisor. If you are unable to log into FAMIS with your ÐÓ°ÉPro email and network password please refer to the Information Technology Accounts Policy.
Who can access FAMIS?
Students, faculty, and staff that have been issued ÐÓ°ÉPro account credentials can access FAMIS.
